FACILITIES
Our facilities are located in a 10,000 sq m property. The factory includes two industrial units of 4,200 sq m plus an additional unit including 400 sq m offices and a 400 sq m area for the reception of incoming goods.
Manufacturing Process
DESIGNING & PATTERNS
Designing entails sketching shoe models and shoe lasts. The resulting templates are crucial to the later stages of the shoe production process.
PLANNING
Once the order of the client is confirmed, the planning phase organizes the production of the factory to meet client deadlines without compromising product highest quality.
CUTTING MATERIALS
The pieces of leather required for shoemaking are cut out and marked during the stamping stage in order to prevent confusion later on.
SEWING
During the sewing stage, the pieces that have been cut out to make the shoe are stitched together.
ASSEMBLING
Assembling constitutes the core component of the shoemaking process. This stage involves building a luxury, women's shoe from a number of materials.
FINISHING & PACKAGING
Women's shoes receive finishing touches, bringing the shoe making process to an end. After a final quality check, the shoes are packed up and delivered to retailers.
